Ordering online at dilek.com is easy! When viewing a product, simply select the required size, color and quantity and then click "Add to cart". After adding the items you want to your Cart, click on the orange basket button in the upper right corner and press the 'Checkout' button. You will then be asked to log in to your account or create a new account. Finally, you will be asked to complete the Delivery address, Delivery options and payment options. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

You will be notified of all order status and changes by email.

PAYMENT STATUS;

Payment status: Payment has been made

It means you paid for your order. We will start processing your order in a short time. Thank you for your patience.

Payment status: Refund

Your payment has been returned to your card by us. The charge from your credit card will be returned to your card, it may take 7 to 25 business days depending on your bank to reflect your refund on your card.

CARGO STATUS;

Shipping status: New

It is a status used for new orders.

Shipping status: In progress

Your cargo is being prepared.

Shipping status: Your package has been shipped

Your order has left our warehouse and given to the cargo company.

Shipping status: Your package is on the way

Your package is on the way.

Shipping status: Your package has been delivered

It is the status that indicates that your package has been delivered to you.

Shipping status: Your package could not be delivered

It is an indication that your package cannot reach you due to a problem.
